Job-seekers crowd stalls at a job fair in Beijing, China, Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009.
Thousands crowded the first job fair in the city since a week-long holiday for Chinese New Year.
China's economy is suffering from a collapse in global demand
for Chinese textiles, toys and other goods and a downturn at home
in real estate, auto sales and other industries.
The government says some 20 million migrant workers have lost their jobs.
Terrible lar! I heard Intel Penang is shutting its factory by he end of this year and the company that my dad works for is already starting to retranch people!
